My Life’s Savior ------------------------ Within my heart a storm builds The pounding of my thoughts I scream aloud I am a ship lost at sea My tears begin to swirl Unable to keep afloat I taste the bitterness of my heart Yet out in the distance A voice to save me And my tears come unbidden. 4/8/2014 |

| About Nick |
|
The APLS wouldn't exist if it weren't for the ingenuity of Nick Tamborra, who forsaw the disintigration of the APE and broke off to form the APLS with a single vision in mind - create a place where amatuer poets could come together to learn their craft in a supportive environment,. And he pulled it off. The APLS is that and much, much more. It has also become a sort of online family for many of the members, a place where socializing is as important to them as posting their work. A place called "home." --Michael Dobson, Managing Editor. |

I Join You This Day (Tamborra Sonnet Style) ------------------------------------------------------ This empty room as I cry here alone I am frightened of my life without you Accepting this fate as I now smiled This empty room as I cry here alone
